Refund Policy

  1. We want you to be satisfied with your Fitvanta membership. If you are not, please review our refund policy below.
  2. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable after the first 14 days of service.
  3. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  4. Annual subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you receive a full refund.
  5. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your paid term.
  6. Individual program purchases (personal training packages) are non-refundable once the program has been delivered.
  7. If you experience technical issues preventing access, we will work to resolve them promptly; if unresolved, you may request a pro-rated refund.
  8. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  9. To request a refund, please contact our support team via email with your account details and reason.
  10. We do not offer refunds for any digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, such as recorded workouts.
  11. If you purchase a gift card, it is non-refundable but can be used toward any service.
  12. In the case of duplicate charges or billing errors, we will refund the incorrect amount immediately upon verification.
  13. Promotional discounts or trial conversions are subject to the same refund rules as regular subscriptions.
  14. If you cancel within the first 14 days but have used live classes, we may deduct a small fee for services rendered.
  15. Refunds for group class packs (e.g., 10-class pass) are available only if no classes have been used; a processing fee may apply.
  16. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple cancellations).
  17. Any refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
  18. If you are eligible for a refund under consumer protection laws, those rights are not affected.
